مكتب شؤون الحج لدولة نيجيريا APPLICATION FOR PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION/HOUSING SERVICES FOR NIGERIAN PILGRIMS IN MAKKAH AND MADINAH FOR THE 2017 (1438) HAJJ SEASON The Nigeria Hajj Affairs Office (NAHCON) invite expert, qualified, licensed and officially registered institutions to provide services of accommodation for pilgrims, arriving from Nigeria, both in Mecca and Medina for the 1438/2017 Hajj season. (1) Terms of submission of the application: A) Bonds to prove the identity of Establishment: i) Commercial register – and a certificate of membership of the Chamber of Commerce. ii) Certificate of registration with Ministry of Hajj. iii) Certificate from the Ministry of Health. iv) Municipal license and the competent authorities in Mecca/Medina. v) Certificate of experience or provide contracts that have been implemented in the housing pilgrims services in the pilgrimage seasons over the past five years. B) Proof of ownership of the building or holding a previous rent and a valid lease with the owner authorized the right to subcontract in accordance with regulations concerned to organize housing pilgrims. C) Proof of financial capability of the institution leased subcontractors, of not less than five million Saudi riyals (SR5,000,000.00) that prove their ability to provide housing pilgrims services in each case independently. (2) Specifications and Quality of Housing needed: A) In Makkah Almukaramah: 1. The building must be licensed in accordance with the regulations to be used for accommodation of pilgrims by the concerned authorities in Saudi Arabia and after approval of Commission on the accommodation of pilgrim’s inspection. 2. Absorbing capacity building should not be less than 500 beds. 3. Building distance of the Mosque Haram located not more than (1) km, and if the distance between the building and the Haram is far from (1) Km should secure transport for pilgrims to facilitate their daily movement to go to the Haram Mosque and back to residence. 4. There must be enough restaurant and kitchen facilities sufficient to accommodate the number referred to above. 5. Building must be furnished with a furniture according to the standards specified. 6. Number of elevators for service should not be less than four (4) elevators. 7. Ratio of toilets to the number of pilgrims should be not less than one toilet for every six pilgrims. B) In Al- Medina Al-Munawarah : 1. In addition to the specifications mentioned in paragraph (1 and 2) above, shall be all the buildings in Medina are located in the central area (Markaziya). 2. Buildings must be clarified specifications taking into account the ratio of toilets to the number of the pilgrims, and the number of elevators, kitchen and restaurants available buildings (accompanied by an electronic version). 3) Attached with the application a copy certified translation of the documents referred to above in English language. (4) Collection of Application Form: A) To receive the application form at the Consulate General of the Republic of Nigeria, located on Alorouba Street, Mishrifah Street, the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. B) The application must be submitted in a file integral to the specific places above for applications and within two weeks from the date of this announcement duration. Tel: +234-9-8701505, +234-9-8701502, +234-9-8701506 Website: www.nigeriahajjcom.gov.ng E-mail: info@nigeriahajjcom.gov.ng طلب تقديم خدمات توفير مسكن للحجاج النيجيريين بمكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة لموسم حج 1438هـ/2017م بهذا يدعو مكتب شؤون الحج لدولة نيجيريا (NAHCON) المؤسسات المعروفة والمؤهلة والمرخصة ومسجلة رسمياً لتقديم خدمات توفير مسكن لحجاج بيت الله الحرام، القادمين من نيجيريا، في كل من مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة لموسم حج 1438هـ / 2017م (1) شروط تقديم الطلب: أ) سندات إثبات هوية المنشأة : 1- السجل التجاري – وشهادة عضوية الغرفة التجارية. 2- شهادة تسجيل لدى وزارة الحج. 3- شهادة من وزارة الصحة. 4- ترخيص البلدية والجهات المختصة بمدينة مكة المكرمة/المدينة المنورة. 5- شهادة خبرة أو تقديم العقود التي تم تنفيذها في خدمات إسكان الحجاج في مواسم الحج خلال الخمس سنوات الماضية. ب) إثبات ملكية المبنى أو عقد إيجار سابق وساري المفعول مع المالك يخوله حق التأجير من الباطن وفقا للأنظمة المعنية بتنظيم إسكان الحجاج. ج) إثبات الملاءة المالية للمؤسسة المؤجرة من الباطن بما لا يقل عن خمسة ملايين ريال سعودي(5000000)ريال سعودي توضح قدرتها على تقديم خدمات إسكان الحجاج في كل حالة على حدة. (2) المواصفات ونوعية السكن المطلوبة: أ) بمكة المكرمة: 1-يجب أن يكون المبنى مرخصا وفقا للنظام لاستخدامه سكنًا للحجاج من قبل الجهات الرسمية المعنية بالسعودية وبعد إجازته من لجنة تفتيش سكن الحجاج. 2-سعة استيعاب المبنى يجب ألا تقل عن (500) سرير. 3-مسافة المبنى للمسجد الحرم لا تبعد أكثر من (1) واحد كيلو متر, وعندما تكون المسافة بين البناء والحرم أبعد من (1) واحد كيلومتر يجب تأمين النقل للحجاج تسهيلاً لهم يومياً للذهاب إلى المسجد الحرام والعودة من الحرم. 4-يجب أن تكون مرافق المطعم والمطبخ كافية تستوعب العدد المشار اليه أعلاه. 5-يجب أن يكون المبنى مفروشا ويحتوي على أثاث وفقا للمعايير المحددة. 6-لا يقل عدد المصاعد الخدمية عن أربعة (4) مصاعد. 7-نسبة المراحيض لعدد الحجاج يجب أن لا تقل عن مرحاض لكل ستة حجاج. ب)بالمدينة المنورة. 1- بالإضافة إلى المواصفات المذكورة في الفقرة (1و2) أعلاه ، يجب أن تقع جميع المباني بالمدينة المنورة بالمنطقة المركزية. 2-يجب توضيح مواصفات المباني مع مراعاة نسبة المراحيض إلى عدد للحجاج، وعدد المصاعد والمطبخ والمطاعم المتوفرة بالمباني (يرفق نسخة إلكترونية). (3) يُرفق مع الطلب نسخة ترجمة معتمدة من الوثائق المشار إليها أعلاه باللغة الإنجليزية. طريقة تقديم الطلب: يتم الحصول على استمارة الطلب لدى القنصلية العامة لجمهورية نيجيريا الواقعة على شارع العروبة، حي مشرفة، مدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، أو لدى مقر مكتب شؤون الحج لدولة نيجيريا الواقع على شارع أم الجود بمكة المكرمة أو لدى فرعه بالمدينة المنورة. يجب تقديم الطلب في ملف متكاملا ً إلى الأماكن المحددة أعلاه لتقديم الطلبات و ذلك خلال مدة أسبوعين من تاريخ هذا الإعلان. يرجى الإحاطة بأن الطلبات موجزة الإفادة فقط هي التي ستحظى بالاستدعاء لأخذ المزيد من التوضيحات والمعلومات عنها. وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وسلم.. توقيع الإدارة
