The Special Duties Division (SDD) is headed by Bashir JAZULI. He attended Bayero University, Kano (BUK) and Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria for his Bsc Geography and Masters in Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice respectively. JAZULI joined the Public Service in October 1999 and rose through the ranks to become a Deputy Director. He has worked in other Strategic Government Establishments and has cognate experience in Public/Private Partnership, Project Financing, Security Management, Corporate Governance, etc. He has attended Management and Leadership Courses both within and outside the Country. He is married with children.
